Why a house call?

There are many advantages to having a house call.  Pets are much more comfortable in their own home and tend to be more cooperative and less stressed in familiar surroundings.   Patients with immune system compromise do not need to be exposed to illnesses encountered at the hospital from animals with infectious diseases.  The convenience of not having to travel to and from the vet as well as waiting for your visit in the comfort of your home is wonderful.  This is especially helpful for the patient that gets car sick and hides for weeks after their visit to the hospital.   Multiple pet households may save significant time and money by scheduling a house call to evaluate more than one pet.  Everyone benefits!
